Shipping Policy

Edward Beiner Eyes Forward offers complimentary ground shipping via UPS on all online orders made within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We have a 3-5 day processing window prior to shipping as we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Once processed, your order should arrive within 4-7 business days dependent on your shipping selection.

All shipments are inspected and hand packed with their original case and accessories by an Edward Beiner Eyewear Specialist.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer International shipping options for orders made from outside the continental United States. Please email customerservice@edwardbeiner.com with any questions or special requests.

Online Exchange and Returns

You may return your online order within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and will be clearly noted on the product detail page. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in its new, unworn, and unaltered condition. Please email customerservice@edwardbeiner.com with your return request. We will then email a return shipping label for you to send the package, free of charge. Please include all original cases and accessories.  Refunds will be processed once all items have been received in their original condition.

We strongly encourage the use of only an official UPS location or UPS store to return your order.  Request a drop-off receipt from UPS as confirmation of your shipment as The Edward Beiner Group is not liable for loss or damages to your return package, and we will not refund any order due to issues receiving your return.

You may exchange your online orders in-store within 14-days of receipt for store credit only. No Refunds.
